Orders are shipped out directly from any of our many domestic warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can! Due to the popularity of our offers, please allow an estimated 10-15 days for your order to arrive (varies from product to product), due to distance traveling and customs. Please note, that due to the extreme popularity of our offers, these are only estimates.
Please note:Â The mentioned timeline is only an expected TAT for first delivery attempt after pickup of shipments. Actual delivery might differ in case of exceptions.
Dispatched details:Â After the product dispatch, you will be provided with the shipment details of your order, for easy tracking of the shipment and to ensure that you are available at the given address to receive the shipment when it is delivered. Samreedhi Handicrafts is not responsible if the shipment is returned , due to unavailability of recipient at the address.Â
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?
All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.
WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS AND TAXES(ONLY FOR PRODUCTS FROM OUTSIDE OF INDIA)?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in USD, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
RETURNS
Our policy lasts 2 day. If 48 hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
REFUND WILL BE DONE IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

In case Samreedhi Handicrafts discover that wrong items has shipped to you. IF your purchase does not match the description or is the item is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order - we will make sure that all of your issues are resolved. If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange to deliver the correct items or return all your payment. For defective or faulty products, please take photos or videos and email us - we will replace or refund your purchase after confirmation.
PLEASE NOTE:Â This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase:
If any of the above situation arise then please mail us with the pictures of the damage the product or with the picture of wrong product, within 72 hours of the products received. We will ensure that you receive either a replacement (depend on the availability of the product) /refund, depending on case to case scenario. The decision in such cases will be at the sole discretion of Samreedhi Handicrafts. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
REFUND WILL NOT BE DONE IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:
Minor color and design variation(s). All products are handcrafted and so there may be some variation from the photographs on our website.
Product returned in used or damaged conditions.

After 2 failed delivery attempts by our courier agencies.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be assessed a 20% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and the charges assessed to us for refunds by the credit card companies.
INVALID REASONS:
Buyer no longer wants the items - this is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at Samreedhi Handicrafts. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.

Selling through Discovered creates more income for artisans. They can set the price they want to receive for the
products themselves. By cutting out all middlemen, artisans receive at least 20% more for their products. This is
what we call fairer trade.
Discovered is dedicated to creating positive impact. Not all artisans work alone. Sometimes they work in groups or
collectives, are helped by not for profit organizations or work for social businesses. We select our partners to
ensure more artisans have work make at least 10% above average wage.
We are committed to crafts. We encourage artisans to make products using traditional crafts and techniques. Making
products mainly by hand or with easy accessible tools or common available machines. We believe this is important to
keep alive.
