Unlike our mass produced counterparts, our stringy bags are made using 3 small batch handloom material that is produced by select groups of weavers in Sri Lanka. The handloom is ancient machine, that is used to create one of a kind fabrics with 100% human energy. We take this fabric, add our designs, and produce fun products using community sourced artisans right here in Sri Lanka. Not to mention, for every bag you purchase we provide a school bag for a child in rural Sri Lanka. Our dream is to use the global access we have today to revitalize the art of handloom in order to empower creative artisans and deserving children in Sri Lanka.

The stringy bag itself is great for the gym, bike rides, picnics, and everyday adventures. All our bags also include metal eyelets to increase durability and ensure your bag will be strong for years to come.
