Handwoven Eri Silk Scarf Tammachat

Handspun, natural dyed, handwoven scarf. Warp (vertical) yarn is 100% mulberry silk. Weft yarn is 100% eri handspun silk.   Comes in primarily white with black or primarily black with white.
Eri silk is only cultivated in northern Thailand and northern India. Unlike most filament silks, eri is spun resulting in a soft, fluffy wool-like yarn.

Eri yarn produces interesting nubbly textures when woven. With proper care, this scarf will age well and give you many seasons of wearing pleasure.

Scarf can be worn in spring, summer and fall and goes with both casual or business attire.  Suitable for both men and women.

Size:       32cm x 175cm plus fringe
Weight:  150-160gms
