We proudly offer a 90-day, no questions asked guarantee on all purchases made through our store. We want you to feel confident in your decision, and if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase within 90 days, you can return it for a refund or exchange.

To begin the return process, please reach out to our dedicated support team. You can email us at support@discovered.us If you can please include a photo of the product it will speed up the process. Our friendly representatives will guide you through the return process and provide assistance tailored to your needs.

Return Window

We understand that it may take some time for you to decide whether a product meets your expectations. Therefore, we offer a generous return window of 90 days from the date of purchase. Take your time to evaluate the item and make a decision without feeling rushed.

Secure Return Shipping

When returning the item, we recommend using a reliable shipping service that provides tracking information. This way, you can have peace of mind knowing the return package is on its way back to us. Please ensure that you take the necessary precautions to protect the item during transit.

Item Condition

To receive a full refund or exchange, please ensure that the item is returned in its original condition. This means it should be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item has been altered or is not in resellable condition.

Refund or Exchange

Once we receive the returned item, our team will promptly process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Exchanges will be processed based on the availability of the desired item.

Return Shipping Costs

We understand that returning items to our US address may incur a shipping cost of approximately $5-$6. However, to show our appreciation, we're pleased to offer you free shipping on your next order as a way to offset this expense. 

Custom Orders

Please note that custom-made orders are not eligible for refunds or returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. We strive to ensure your custom orders meet your specifications and are of the highest quality.

Cancellation Policy

Orders placed can be requested for cancellation within 24 hours, as after this time the artisans start the production of the product and it is moved to their warehouse for shipment. 

Gift Cards

Unfortunately, once an order is placed gift cards cannot be exchanged or cancelled

Timelines

We understand the importance of a timely resolution. Therefore, we aim to process refunds within 10 of receiving the returned merchandise. Exchanges will be processed promptly to minimize any inconvenience.

What happens if I did not receive my order at all?

Make sure to indicate the complete and correct shipping address when you are placing your order. If you would like to check the status of your order, click here or contact support@discovered.us with your order number and email address. We will get back to you within 24 hours.

I received the wrong size!

Not all our items are in US standard sizes. For rings, download our Size Guide PDF. Write to us on Facebook or Instagram, when in doubt. If the artisan sent you a different size than what you have ordered, you can claim a full refund or the same item in the correct size (upon availability). If the artisan has sent the right size, we can exchange the ring within 90 days of receiving your order. 

My Order as per USPS says Delivered, but I haven't received the order

We suggest you contact your local post office, raise a written complaint and mail us a copy to support@discovered.us so that we can ask the shipping provider to investigate and resolve the issue.

My question is not listed
